This tour is highly appealing to the traveller wishing to experience a quality, personal day out of Sydney - away from mainstream tour operators and crowds, that is affordable and uniquely Australian, together with a high standard of personal, individual service, combined with the unforgettable experience of Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort.

DAY 1: Sydney – Blue Mountains (BL)
07.00am: Commence hotel pickup. Departing the city, we arrive at our breakfast location, Featherdale Wildlife Park where we enjoy a continental breakfast consisting of fresh croissants, bread rolls, cheese, spreads, fresh fruits, juice tea/coffee in a special environment free of other tourists. After breakfast we enjoy meeting Australian animals including kangaroos, emus, wombats, dingos and more…. without other tourists. We then depart the Park as it opens to regular visitors and travel to the Blue Mountains – we ascend Bells Line of Road and pause at Bilpin, citrus region of Sydney and this is a chance to purchase fresh fruit from the gardens. Leaving here we continue past Tomah Botanic Gardens and further up the mountains for a stop near Mt Wilson. Here we have a short nature walk where the native flora is described in an informative and interesting manner.

From this point we cross the mountains to Mt Victoria where we enjoy a buffet lunch at the historic Imperial Hotel. After lunch we continue to Govetts Leap for magnificent Valley and waterfall views. Drive to see the views of Megalong Valley from amazing Narrowneck Plateau – hear our guide demonstrate a “cooee call and echo”. At approximately 2.00pm you will be delivered to your accommodation. The afternoon is free for you to wander the many tracks that run through the mountains, relax in the grounds of your accommodation or take an optional tour. Dinner tonight is own expense.

DAY 2: Blue Mountains – Sydney (B)
Enjoy Continental Breakfast at your accommodation.

Option 1: Spend the morning at leisure relaxing in the mountains.

Option 2: Enjoy an Optional (pre-booked) Morning 4WD Experience which includes Lunch:

08.00am: The Rocks to Rainforest tour offers the opportunity to visit some amazing remote wilderness in the Blue Mountains World Heritage National Park. Away from typical tourist destinations in our luxury 8 seater 4 wd vehicle, you will see great views, unique rock formations, deep canyons and ancient rainforest. Occasionally kangaroo’s in the Megalong Valley, includes, all fees, bottled water, and short walks in the wilderness qualified ecological guides. All tours are interpretive and advanced ecotourism accredited . Return to your accommodation at 1.00pm.

2.00PM You are collected by Australian Eco Adventures to commence your return journey to Sydney. We depart the Mountains and head to Euroka Clearing located deep in Blue Mountains National Park - here you will see kangaroos in their natural environment while enjoying a complimentary glass of champagne or fruit juice. Finally we drive to Parramatta to meet the River Cat for the ferry trip down the river, into Sydney Harbour where we arrive at Circular Quay at approximately 5.00pm. On arrival, make your way at leisure way back to your hotel
