Journey to the outback, to the amazing Black Opal Fields of  Lightning Ridge. This tour is definitely "off the beaten track" ~ you will travel back roads not often seen by tourists, see Emus,  kangaroos and wallabies of many different species, as well as many other kinds of Australian native wildlife.

Spend the afternoon in a "miner's pub". Join in and learn about the opal mining from the people who live in the mining community - "true blue" characters of "the outback".

Visit  the John Murray Art Gallery and the "Club in the Scrub" - seeing is believing.

You may also see Red Kangaroos, Eastern Grey Kangaroos, Wallaroos, Red Shouldered Wallaby, Swamp Wallaby, Red Legged Pademelon (small kangaroo)  and Koalas.
