Day 1 (LD): Over the Great Dividing Range to see Split Rock’s Aboriginal rock art. Into Lakefield National Park to camp.
Day 2 (BLD): Wildlife this morning as we travel out of Lakefield to historic Musgrave. Coen and the Archer River en-route to Weipa. Camp in Weipa.

Day 3 (BLD): Tour Weipa’s mine or a half-day fishing (both optional). On to our camp at Moreton Telegraph Office on the Wenlock River.

Day 4 (BLD): 4WD action, adventure and fun on the famous Telegraph Track today. Camp at Eliot (Twin/Indian Head) Falls tonight.

Day 5 (BLD): Cross the Jardine River to our camp at Punsand Bay on the tropical shores of Torres Strait for three balmy nights.

Day 6 (BD): A day at leisure at Punsand Bay. Optional activities include helicopter flights, jet-skis, barramundi fishing or simply relaxing by the pool.

Day 7 (BLD): Visit the Lockerbie Scrub and Somerset. Now, an emotional walk to the very top of Australia, CAPE YORK!

Day 8 (BD): Cruise to Thursday Island and tour the island (included). Lunch (own expense) then board "Coral Princess" to begin your cruise to Cairns.

Day 9 (BLD): Cruise through Albany Passage passing Somerset, the Escape River and on to see the brilliant white sands of Shelburne Bay.

Day 10 (BLD): Explore Forbes Island with its history of early settlement. Swim and snorkel then visit to Magra Island to beachcomb and bird-watch.

Day 11 (BLD): Stanley Island’s fascinating Endaen Aboriginal rock art gallery seldom visited due to its isolation. At Davey Reef & Cay snorkel, view coral, scuba dive and observe a large seabird rookery.

Day 12 (BLD): Lizard Island and "Cook's Look”. North Direction Island to beachcomb and swim before enjoying sunset drinks on the beach.

Day 13 (BLD): Historic Cooktown and the James Cook Historical Museum. Swinger Reef to swim and snorkel. The day ends with the Captain’s Farewell Dinner.

Day 14 (BL): Our final Great Barrier Reef experience with a morning of snorkelling, scuba diving and coral viewing at Thetford Reef. Arrive in Cairns mid afternoon.
