A purpose built wilderness eco-camp situated in the world's renowned Freycinet National Park. This is a 3 day/2 night luxuriously tented accommodation tour and plays host to just 8 guests at a time. Bringing a new level of service, style and luxury to wilderness camping your 3 day eco experience is a wonderful combination between wilderness camping, short walks and activities. It also provides a great balance between individual and group activities. Guests on the Escape are encouraged to do as much or as little as they wish.
Accommodation & Dining: Purpose built for The Freycinet Escape, accommodation is in luxury tents which are uniquely designed to leave minimal environmental impact. Enjoy crisp white linen, queen size bed, wooden floors, an ensuite and the comfort your accommodation will provide. Meals are prepared by the Chef and served in the Dining Pavilion, complete with couches, dining table, kitchen and a library.
DAY ONE Your hosts greet you in Hobart at 8.00am for your journey along Tasmania's delightful East Coast. Your destination is Coles Bay, gateway to the world famous Freycinet National Park. From here with the luxury and adventure all before you, you board your vessel to be transported down Freycinet's striking red granite coastline. Arriving at Bryans Beach you will feel like a castaway on its stunning shores. For you, though, a purpose-built wilderness camp awaits. Get active with a walk or a swim or put your feet up as your chef and hosts tend to your every need, preparing the most amazing meals in the most amazing of settings. Then retire content under the gaze of the southern stars.
DAY TWO: Awake to the aroma of fresh coffee, and the soft light of the Freycinet morning. Feast on a fine freshly cooked breakfast and ease into the day. Relax and enjoy. DAY THREE: Following a late breakfast you are forced to drag yourself away from your comforts, reboarding your vessel and leaving your sanctuary behind. But with the option, en route, of a walk to the famous Wineglass Bay, a place of exquisite beauty which has captured so many hearts, you will again rejoice. It's a timely reminder of the special place you have experienced with a climb to its magical lookout which will remain a lasting reminder of your journey.
